A /now page in the Sivers spirit — what I'm actually working on this week and month, not a snapshot from 2 years ago. Updated weekly.

CURRENT FOCUS · ALL-IN

Ship AIOpsForge to first 50 paying members.

The bet: a $9.99/month community for solo AI builders, sold on Whop. 9 of 10 founding spots open, $9.99 locked for life for those founding members. Goal: $500 MRR by July 2026.

Daily work: shipping the community workspace (currently at 20% content, growing weekly), writing the weekly build guides, building the AI coach trained on the curriculum, growing the newsletter to 1,500 subs (current gate for sponsorship monetization).

Adjacent to that: freelance AI automation work. 2 spots open this quarter — see /services.
