Four productized engagements + ten specific builds I deliver routinely. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute scoping call — I'd rather rule us out fast than over-promise on a form. No public pricing on this page because pricing depends on scope, your stack, and the data I see on the call. Numbers come in writing within 24 hours after we talk.
Productized so we both know what we're building toward. The audit is the right starting point for "we're not sure what to automate." Sprint is "we know exactly what we want." Advisory is for builders already shipping. Custom is for anything bigger.
A focused week of operator-to-operator analysis. I interview you, watch how your week actually goes, map your workflows, and find the 3–5 places AI gives you back real, measurable time.
You leave with: a prioritized opportunity list, vendor recommendations, monthly cost projections, and a concrete 30-day build plan you (or I) can execute against.
Right starting point if you're not sure where to point AI yet, or you've tried tools and nothing stuck.
Productized scope, fixed timeline. We agree on one specific workflow Monday morning, I deliver it deployed + documented by Wednesday EOD.
If the workflow isn't "send this draft to my inbox at 6am" specific, the sprint doesn't fit — that's deliberate. The 48-hour clock forces clarity on both sides.
Best for: daily morning brief, weekly metrics report, sales follow-up automation, content cross-poster, AI-graded inbox triage, etc.
For founders already building with AI who need a second brain. Not implementation work — the kind of feedback that prevents you from shipping the wrong thing.
2 video calls a month, async Slack between, code + prompt reviews on request, cost-audit reviews, vendor strategy. Especially valuable when you're scaling past your first $5k MRR and decisions start to compound.
For multi-workflow builds that need more than a sprint. We do a free 30-min scoping call. I send you a written spec + quote within 24 hrs. Once you sign, I work to milestones with daily updates and a demo at each milestone.
Examples I've shipped: end-to-end content engine (RSS → 6 platform variants), Whop-integrated onboarding system, competitor watch with weekly digest, AI-graded inbox triage, custom community workspace.
If your idea isn't on the list below — that's what this tier is for. Custom is the default when scope doesn't fit a productized box.
These are the actual workflows I've built for myself or clients. Each can ship as a 48-hour sprint OR be customized to your stack. If your need isn't here, that's a Custom Build engagement. Scoping is free either way.
One source article → 6+ platform-specific variants (X thread, LinkedIn carousel, newsletter, native video script, Reddit, podcast intro). RSS-triggered. AI-drafted, you approve before ship.
Whop webhook (or Stripe/Lemon Squeezy) → Claude personalizes welcome → tags subscriber → triggers Day-0 to Day-30 sequence. Used on AIOpsForge.
06:00 ET morning summary in your inbox: stalled deals, urgent items, today's priorities, metrics movement. Pulls from CRM + calendar + email. AI flags what matters.
Scans 6+ competitors across pricing pages, launch blogs, X, changelogs. Flags pricing changes + launches. Weekly intel report drafted Sunday night for Monday read.
Install + configure Claude Code for your whole team. Custom CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks, MCP servers tuned to your stack. Includes training + cheatsheet.
Apply a unified design language to your existing app. Token system, component patterns, voice rules. Includes audit + migration plan. Built on Terminal DS or your brand.
Full community workspace — Whop / Skool / custom on your stack. Member auth, gated content, weekly drop cadence, AI coach, automated onboarding. Reference: AIOpsForge.
Schema markup, JSON-LD, OG images per page, sitemap, robots, FAQ schema, llms.txt for AI-search engines. Built for ranking in Google + Perplexity + ChatGPT-Search.
Landing page + gated PDF → Beehiiv/Kit/ConvertKit → tagged + sequenced. AI personalizes follow-ups. Stripe/Whop checkout wired in. Plausible analytics + funnel tracking.
Build a custom Model Context Protocol server that connects Claude to your internal tools, data, or APIs. Example: Notion-MCP, Linear-MCP, your-CRM-MCP.
Lean, async-defaulted, written-first. No "discovery deck," no 60-min kickoff calls just to align timezones.
4 questions, ~5 min: what's broken, who you are, when you need it, ballpark expectation. I read everything personally.
Within 48 hrs. Confirm fit, sharpen scope, agree on which engagement matches. No pitch deck.
Within 24 hrs of the call. Fixed price, payment terms, milestones, mutual NDA. Sign with a Stripe link.
Daily progress notes. Demo on milestone. Final handover with README, deployment, Loom walkthrough.
If yours isn't here, ask on the call. Every objection below is a real one I've heard.
Because pricing depends on your stack, the data I see on the call, and how custom the scope ends up being. I'd rather tell you a real number in writing within 24 hours after we talk than post a sticker price that doesn't fit your situation. The 30-min call is free either way.
Claude Code + Vercel (serverless + cron + KV) + Anthropic API. I work in your stack if it matches — TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Beehiiv, Whop are all comfortable. I won't build on n8n, Make, or Zapier — fragile, expensive at scale, and you can't read the code six months from now.
Yes — happy to. Standard mutual NDA at the scoping-call stage. For audits where I'm interviewing your team, I sign before any conversation happens.
You do, outright. All deliverables are work-for-hire under a written agreement. You get full source, the deployment, and the right to modify or sell. I keep no claim.
Hourly aligns incentives badly — I'd be incentivized to take longer, you'd be incentivized to micro-manage. Fixed-price aligns us on outcome: we both want the thing done well, fast, and right the first time.
I'm in Toronto (ET). Async-default works for most engagements — Slack/email + recorded Loom updates. Live calls in your timezone within 9am–9pm ET; outside that, written-first.
No. Cash, fair price, no equity entanglement.
For sprints: scope is fixed, period. For audits + custom builds: anything outside the written spec is a separate quote. I'll tell you the impact before you decide, never silently re-scope.
Usually yes for sprints, sometimes for custom builds. Audits typically book 2–3 weeks out. Always ask — calendars change.
Book the call anyway. If I don't think AI is the right fix, I'll tell you that on the call and point you to who or what is. The 30 minutes are free; the honest answer is the deliverable.
30-min call. Zero pitch. You describe the problem, I tell you whether AI is the right fix and which engagement matches. Real quote in writing within 24 hours after we talk.
